I have called them on many occasions about my medical device and I have not heard from them yet but they are taking $ 29.95 out my bank account every month for the device..I keep leaving messages letting them know I need another device.the other one is not working...

This watch will not display the correct date or time. There's nothing in the settings to fix it. When I look up Lifewatch on Google, I get everything except Lifewatch, so I haven't been able to call them.

Watch want charge got it bout 3 days ago was halfway charged now showing in the red I've tried charging it for 2 days now tried everything I know how want wk need some advice on what I'm doing wrong cuz I can't figure it out thanks

he contacted Carolina cardiology to install a heart monitor it was defective... I called by hotel they were more than eager after a long long wait on hold they sent me another one... it was defective... I called them and told them they sent me another one..

I called several times to Carolina cardiology left a message and message and message no return calls no return help calls to Prisma advocate no return calls... finally Elizabeth from Carolina cardiology called me up said to come in for another one Amber put it on my insurance company wanted to talk to Amber I handed her the phone... when I got home the gang the staff because it is Pickens county stupid redneck the women got together decided I was a threat because of their stupidity and incompetence I was the threat...

Watch won't charge
Watch is it charging it's been on charger for 2 days and nothing right with it so they going to send me another one after I return this one.I would like to see some more American people working there that can speak better English I can't hardly understand these people that working there

I ordered the life watch on 7/31/22, payed my money, and to date have not received the life watch that I payed for over two weeks ago.

Still charging when she hasn’t used for 6 months
Cannot seem to cancel this *** thing. There is simply a loop that prevents a person from cancellation. It is my mothers, Ive moved her into a care facility and no longer need the medical alert unit, but they keep charging even though Ive left messages asking for directions on how to cancel.

I had a massive heart attack used my life alert several times try I g to get help they. Ever answer my call
I was a member of life alert for about 6 years I am a 73 year old lady I had a massive heart attack on September 21 2021 I used my life alert. Pushed button several times could feel it vibrate each time but no body answered my call so I called 911 on my cell phone when they arrived in minutes i was taken.
To air evac life team to be taken to hospital in Abilene. TX. Where my heart doctor is. I would not recommend using med guard alert to any one.
When I called them regarding them not answering my call for help the only thing they said was sorry about that . we will send u a new one I told them i did not trust them to answer call, and to cancel my service with them.
Said they would after I sent alert back to company . i put a stop payment at my bank.

My machine started going off by itself 2 different times on February 28 2021
Gretta or Gretchen I'm not sure we did a system check. Then we tried it the second time.
We talked about doing a system upgrade.
We decided not to do it this on time. She said if the malfunction happened again to call back.
