Poor customer service when returning
When it is time to cancel and return the equipment, you can never get through to the only number provided. The email messages are never returned.
It is impossible to return and to cancel.
They require you to provide your credit card or bank account information to receive money, making it impossible to cancel. I have been trying for three months.

I ordered the watch and gave the rep my debit card information and the same day charges were on my debit card at Walmart in the city that the office is in. Cust Svc said would refund. I received watch
Someone at this company went shopping ON MY DEBIT CARD at Walmart in the town this company has an office the same day I ordered the Med Guard watch.
When I called the Corporate office about it, cancelling my order and demanding a refund he said they would refund my $39.95 they already drafted. He said it may take up to 30 days. Two weeks later, instead of the refund, I received

first of all; i still don't have the watch. i can't even communicate with them or track the package. are they sending the package to the right address with the right name on it; i don't know
I need another device
I have called them on many occasions about my medical device and I have not heard from them yet but they are taking $ 29.95 out my bank account every month for the device..I keep leaving messages letting them know I need another device.the other one is not working...

This watch will not display the correct date or time. There's nothing in the settings to fix it. When I look up Lifewatch on Google, I get everything except Lifewatch, so I haven't been able to call them.

Watch won't charge
Watch is it charging it's been on charger for 2 days and nothing right with it so they going to send me another one after I return this one.I would like to see some more American people working there that can speak better English I can't hardly understand these people that working there
Check on order placed on 7/31/22
I ordered the life watch on 7/31/22, payed my money, and to date have not received the life watch that I payed for over two weeks ago.
Still charging when she hasn’t used for 6 months
Cannot seem to cancel this *** thing. There is simply a loop that prevents a person from cancellation. It is my mothers, Ive moved her into a care facility and no longer need the medical alert unit, but they keep charging even though Ive left messages asking for directions on how to cancel.
